Client is looking for someone with an NV1 or better with the below skillsets. Preferably Brisbane based.
Microsoft Office 365 Suite Management:
- Expertise in Microsoft Office 365 Suite administration, including comprehensive use of the Administration Portal.
- Proficient in user and license management across the Office 365 ecosystem.
- Skilled in the maintenance and support of Office Suite applications, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Experienced in configuring and maintaining Microsoft Defender, ensuring robust security measures.
- Competent in managing devices and applications through Microsoft Intune.
- Familiar with Microsoft Entra for identity and access management, encompassing both machines and users.
General Information Technology Support:
- Advanced troubleshooting of Windows operating systems, ensuring efficient resolution of technical issues.
Active Directory Management:
- Proficient in the management of Active Directory, including the implementation of Group Policies.
- Experienced in comprehensive machine and user management within Active Directory environments.
Azure Cloud Services:
- Skilled in managing Azure virtual machines (VMs) and utilizing Azure Front Door for optimized web traffic distribution.
- Proficient in Azure certificate management, ensuring secure communications and transactions.
Compliance and Standards Knowledge:
- Knowledgeable in ITIL principles, enhancing IT service management.
- Familiar with ISO 27001 standards, ensuring information security management systems (ISMS) compliance.
- Understanding of NIST 800-171/2 guidelines for protecting controlled unclassified information.
- Aware of the Australian Government's Information Security Manual (ISM) for cybersecurity.
- Knowledgeable in the Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF) and the Defence Security Principles Framework (DSPF), ensuring security compliance in Australian government and defense sectors.
